great workout today with my girl Carol! Nice PR on weighted dips with 180lbs for doubles 

Hammer Strength Squat Machine: 145x5, 325x5, 415x5, 595x5, 685 x three sets of five, 595x5 

Weighted Dips 1x5x45lbs, 1x5x90lbs, 1x5x135lbs, 2x2x180lbs! (felt great, have not gone this heavy in a while, 1x5x135lbs (pause at the bottom of each rep) 

Low Position lunges 5x15 steps each side 

Lat Pulldown 3x5x200lbs (straps not a bar) 

One-arm Dumbbell bent-over row 3x10 each side (100lb dumbbell) 

Dragon flags 3x5 

tomorrow kettlebells, stone lifting, trapbar farmers walks, clubbells!
