If you only invest in yourself once this year, this is the class to attend. I learned lots of great new kettlebell exercises and I left with fire inside me, ready to take my training to a whole new level. I was bored with my workouts; now I have a whole new kick-ass toolkit to play with! Mike also claims that the hormone optimization lecture alone is worth the price of the course, and he's right! His knowledge of the body and how to make it work better is phenomenal. I can't wait to put it all into practice and build myself a whole new body. Thanks Mike!-
-Alysia Gadson, Orange County CA
Dear Mike, I had a blast at your course! It was extremely organized with tons of new information for me. It was inspiring to learn from one of the modern experts in person and I am grateful for that opportunity. The other attendees were also inspiring and made for a great day and some good soreness the next day. Besides all that, the amount of material and workout combinations covered in such a short time were well worth the price of the seminar.
--Paul Sabel, PA-C, KB Enthusiast
I am an RKC and needed someone with a lot of double KB experience train me, and Mike was the only one with credentials doing double KB seminars. Not only was I extremely impressed with his teaching and training, my KB training has reached unprecedented levels, which I am now beginning to use with some of my clients.
The hormone optimization lecture was truly a life altering experience. It could easily stand on it's own as it's own seminar, but Mike included it in our training. I cannot say enough about the positive health implications of understanding and implementing the information he presented into one's lifestyle. I am extremely thankful he made a DVD as even with 5 pages of notes, I know I did not absorb everything he presented. With the DVD, I am quite positive I can maximize the total value of the day I spent with Mike.

Course Information
I have been teaching kettlebell seminars for ten years and lecturring on how to optimize hormones naturally for six years. I have taught courses all over the US and overseas. However, I have not had the great pleasure of teaching in Canada and that is all about to change. Finally, I will be coming to Toronto to put on a fantastic event. You will learn first hand why my workshops get rave reviews and you will be excited about putting what you learn into action. Yet, it gets better! Much much better! I will be teaming up with two of the top trainers around: Sincere Hogan and Christopher Reed. Both of these guys have exceptional reputations and are both well known for providing high quality events and products that deliver. This is a very rare chance for you to learn from all three of us and you're out of your mind if you pass on attending this course. We're all super busy and there is no telling when we will get the chance to work together again in Toronto. Be smart and take charge of your health. Sign up for this course today. Not tomorrow or next week. Do it right now and rest assured that you're making an incredible investment in your health and vitality.
You're going to love this course! The last time I taught this course everyone stuck around after the course to ask questions which is a clear sign that they enjoyed the course thoroughly. In addition to learning a great deal, everyone enjoyed meeting each other which is one of the additional benefits of attending my courses: you meet some great people and develop new friendships.
You will have a blast learning new exercises such as ballistic work done outside of the feet. This gives an entirely new feel to standard exercises such as Double Swings, Double Cleans, Double Clean and Presses, and Doubles Snatches. You will have a really good time with these new variations. In addition, you will enjoy all of the new core exercises, complex drills, and stacked kettlebell work!
In addition to the extensive training, I will be delivering a comprehensive lecture on hormone optimization. Hormone optimization is a rapidly growing field that people are starting to become very interested in. Whenever I talk about hormone optimization to anyone they immediately show a lot of interest and cannot stop asking questions.I have been professing the benefits of natural hormone optimization since 2004 and the lecture at the course will be my most detailed and comprehensive material to date. You will learn how to tweak your nutrition plan to optimize the three main players in hormone optimization. In addition you will learn what supplements work to increase testosterone, lower estrogen, and help with stress management. The hormone optimization lecture alone is worth the price of attendance.
- Mastering the double rack walk to learn the "sit-back" to increase overhead pressing dramatically. You will be able to move to the next KB size up when you master this and do not have to add any more muscle or bodyweight.
- Why too much tension is a waste and how to apply just enough tension to get the job done. I did not clean and press two 70lb bells 19 times by over doing tension.
- Where to look and what to think when doing heavy KB mil presses
- The advantages of doing double swings and double snatches with the bells on the outside of your feet and how to do it.
- Why you must do rows and other pulling movements for healthy shoulders and strong pressing.
- Why body positioning and leverage is more important than maximum tension for strength and efficiency
- Learn the Kickstand Lunge for the benefits of the one legged squat without the stabilizer issues. Also great for building strong well developed calves.
- The Kneeling Squat for ramping up one legged strength and demolishing imbalances
- Low position walking lunges one of the best KB quad exercises that you have never done! That will change after the course
- Tons of tips to go from Renegade row failure to renegade row success. Variations of the Renegade row to accelerate strength and progress.
- The ten best kettlebell exercises for fat loss and how and when to do them
- How to avoid over-training the shoulders with kettlebells. Every KB exercise is a shoulder exercise. Learn which ones to focus on and which to cut out. Otherwise, expect to have expensive shoulder injuries. You cannot have it all all of the time.
- Why the Double KB Swing is the best ballistic KB exercise for strength and power and how to handle more weight than you ever imagined was possible in the safest manner possible.
- Why Double Swings carry over well to double pressing
- The best KB exercises for speed and explosive strength and why you should never do more than three reps when speed and explosive power are your goals.
- How to use kettlebells for strength and size
- How to get ripped with your KB program and why high rep KB programs are not the answer. Not by a long shot!
- Why exercise form changes with each kettlebell and why light KB work does not transfer well to the heavy work. How to get the best of both worlds.
- The biggest mistakes that kettlbell trainees make with program design and why many KB trainees are over-trained stimulus addicts.
- The critical role of nutrition and supplements to get the most out of your training.
- Why nutrition supplementation needs to be personalized and how to determine what you will benefit from.
- The importance of hormone optimization and how to to achieve it

What People Are Saying About Me

"Good morning Mike! Just wanted to share some pics from the Fort Hood KB Club via Baghdad. The team is doing well and staying safe, although we did lose a close friend on the recent helicopter crash. I truly enjoyed your "Aggressive Strength Solution for Incredible Kettlebell Training". I am planning on ordering your latest Ebook "Aggressive Strength Solution for Size and Strength". Would I have your permission to share this with the team members here in Iraq? I believe I have stated this before in previous emails, but just wanted to say thanks again for the great web site and free articles. Your contribution to the fitness community is duly noted."
- David COL Jon "David" Mullins

"Mike Mahler is an expert in the challenging field of sports conditioning. His unique and innovative teaching tactics guarantee high retention of these one-of-a-kind workouts. His extensive knowledge feeds a powerful passion to explore the human body with safety and strength. If you get a chance to train with him; do so or regret it."
- Frank Shamrock, Five Time UFC Middleweight Champion

"I often get this question asked at seminars. Who do you respect in the industry? Mike Mahler is certainly of the most decent beings and leaders in the fitness industry. Mike loves to help, and he does it from the bottom of his heart, that is what makes him a great leader. Zero ego, all heart. Great job Mike."--Charles Poliquin author of Modern Trends In Strength Training And The Poliquin Principles http://www.charlespoliquin.com

"My Name is Harley Flanagan I am a Purple belt under Renzo Gracie some of you may know me from my bands the Cro-mags, Harley's War and others. I have always been into working out and over the years I have suffered from various shoulder injuries. After just one of Mikes seminars I felt improvement in my shoulder. A lot of my injuries from grappling and life in general got aggravated by using standard weights. However, when using kettle bells I felt improvement in my strength and in those weak areas. These damn kettlebells get you strong as hell, but I would never suggest playing around with them without proper instruction. That's why you should get in touch with Mike Mahler and check out his Dvds and his seminars! You will be glad you did whether you are a martial artist or just into strength training these things are the bomb! This stuff will REALLY get you in top shape for MMA or anything else life throws your way!"
- Harley Flanagan, Cro-mags / Harley's War www.hardcorehalloffame.com and www.cromags.com

"Since I have been using Mike's techniques I have gotten into absolutely amazing shape. I'm proud to say it! I cannot recommend his expertise enough. In the past few months, everyone I know has asked me how I got so fit and I direct them all to kettlebells and Mike Mahler. Mike realizes that everyone has different training goals and what they need to do to achieve them. He knows what works and what doesn't and will get you where you want to go. Thanks Mike, you seriously kick ass!"
- Chris Pontius of MTV's Wildboyz and Jackass
"You are an incredible instructor. As a corporate trainer, I understand the energy it takes to manage, teach, and motivate a group. You really excel at breaking down even the most technical exercise into the appropriate steps . The progression allows everyone to be successful. It is clear you love what you are doing and have fun doing it...which translates into everyone else having fun."
- Barbara McDuffie
"I have been around and trained with athletes of all disciplines: martial artists, mountaineers, powerlifters, bodybuilders, college athletes, cyclists, rock climbers, alpinists, footballers, basketballers, etc....Mike stands out more than anyone I have ever had the chance to train with. He has an uncanny ability to break down each lift into segments, focus on them, make sure you master them, then apply them to the whole. He does this with incredible detail and most importantly, patience. I am in no way affiliated with Mike or Dragondoor, so believe me.....I would have paid double if I had to for his workshop. Best six hours of training I've had, period. My snatch is now smooth enough to pass the snatch test for my weight class at the RKC. I was coming up short before, but after Mike, the snatch seems like a whole new lift. In regards to Mike being second to Pavel....I used to be of that mindset but now I question it. I think once you achieve the level of fitness Mike has, none is your better. You just have many equals and countless lesser."
- Steve Meidinger, Denver, CO
Sincere Hogan: New Warrior Training – Level II Bodyweight Conditioning
Here is what you are going to learn during Sincere’s New Warrior Bodyweight Training section:
- Learn which bodyweight exercises help improve and increase your strength endurance & work capacity for kettlebell training.
- Learn how combining 1 particular bodyweight exercise & a wall can help build rock solid static shoulder strength that ensures the ultimate overhead lockout.
- Learn how to "walk" your way to a steel-belted core. Please note: It's not what you think.
- Discover how 1 bodyweight exercise builds unstoppable strength endurance, while equally equipping you with potentially life-saving agility, which may be needed in "tri-ing" situations.
- Discover how a Texas football conditioning mainstay will help you, a partner, or 2 partners develop explosive power, increased mental capacity, improved coordination, and the strength to "roll out" of any undesirable event, even if it's as large as the Lone Star State.
- Rediscover a childhood playground favorite that enhances cardio endurance, while building an iron midsection, improved agility and balance.
- Learn how the combination of 2 animal movement favorites gives birth to a Mutant strength lovechild. This hybrid combo exercise, when performed with a partner or more, gives new meaning to "leading from the front!"
- Discover how the "Power of 3" not only helps you create a strong and shapely body, but give you the ability to "defend and escape" whatever life may throw at you. This exercise not only benefits combat fighters and closed quarter defense practioners, but can be equally life-saving for you, as well.
- Discover which bodyweight training exercises are the "perfect" compliment to kettlebell training, not matter if your goal is fat loss, kettlebell sport, or athletic performance.
- Learn how to use bodyweight training for "active" recovery, between intense training sessions. These exercises will help to ensure that you no longer miss too many training days between hardcore sessions.
Here are some of the exercises Sincere will cover during the workshop:
- Wall Crawlers
- Saber-bear Run
- Cocorinha
- Wounded Dog
- Aú
- Donkey Kick
- Wheel Barrow
- Monkey Roll
- Wounded Crab
- Attacking Primate
Here is what people are saying about Sincere
"Sincere Hogan is the epitome of strength in mind and body. His passion for health and fitness far exceeds anyone else I have been around and his knowledge of how to transform someone from the inside out is unrivaled."
- Zach Even-Esh - Underground Strength Coach/ Wrestling Strength
"How fortunate I am to travel the world and meet so many wonderful, inspired people, including many, many fitness professionals. Sincere Hogan represents the quality, integrity and pursuit of knowledge and progress that I most admire in my colleagues in the Strength & Conditioning fields. Never satisfied to stay at his already high level, Sincere is a teacher and a seeker, looking constantly to better himself and better those clients and students he serves. He has knowledge, experience and expertise in Kettlebell training, and Bodyweight Conditioning and the ability to teach these tools and concepts to a diverse audience-from the rugged MMA athletes to the busy working moms and dads, yet the patience to guide the elderly also in their health and fitness goals. I can't say enough good things about this exceptional trainer and exceptional man"
- Steve Cotter, Founder and Director of the International Kettlebell & Fitness Federation (IKFF)
"There are trainers. And then there are COACHES. A trainer can make you go through the motions. A trainer can scream at you like a drill instructor. A trainer can weave a tapestry of obscenities at you while YOU do the hard work. A COACH motivates you to be a better athlete. A COACH shows you how to push past the limits put on you, and the ones that you put on YOURSELF. A COACH makes you want to be a better human being, and shows you a path toward achieving that goal. A COACH doesn't hold your hand down the path, he INSPIRES you to walk it on your own, and to find the courage to blaze new trails for others to follow.Sincere Hogan is a COACH....any questions?"
-Rev Bart Stewart - Primal Iron Gym
"Sincere is well known in the fitness industry for a reason - he is that rare combination of athlete, teacher and gifted communicator. He understands that everyone is different and this is reflected in the diverse clientele that seek out his services - working moms, MMA athletes, kids and other fitness
professionals. Moreover, his system of combining bodyweight training and kettlebells is awesome! This is some very innovative material and a workshop you don't want to miss!"
-Ken Blackburn - IKFF Director of Operations
"I know Sincere Hogan not only as an amazing coach that cares a great deal about his clients, but also and outstanding person who puts his heart and sole into his passion of changing peoples lives for the better. I have worked with Sincere on several occasions and was more then impressed with his knowledge on kettlebell training and his extreme passion for fitness and overall wellness. If you have the chance to work with Sincere DO NOT pass
it up! His New Warrior Training System is the bomb, and he is an overall awesome dude!"
-Mike Stehle - The Training Room/Crossfit Jersey Shore
"Sincere's New Warrior Training is the exact kind of challenge I had been looking for. It pushed me beyond what I thought were my limits in a positive and inspiring way. I am a trainer myself, so this was not the easiest of tasks. I found precisely what I was looking for with Sincere! This is
not to mention the awesome sense of camaraderie in his groups, as well as his vast knowledge on nutrition. Thanks, Sincere!"
-Mandy Trichell - Mod Your Body/Houston Parkour
"Sincere's program has really changed the way I view exercise. Before, I would dread going to the gym or hopping on the treadmill. His outdoor fitcamp program of unique, butt-kicking exercises really makes working out fun! It has really been a life changing experience."
-Ricky Lyons - PGA Head Golf Professional
"When I first started I could hardly do a squat, and now I am doing squats and much much more, stuff I never thought I could do. Even in the beginning, Sincere was so great to not judge me and he is always positive.
I have so much more energy, I find myself using the fit camp as my own energy drink of sorts. It gives me a great kick and I look forward to every class. I don't think I have ever looked forward to working out.. seriously NEVER! Now the fit camp is what I look forward to... it is my own Happy Hour of sorts, the way I end my workday! My clothes are not fitting anymore. I have had to buy more belts to keep my pants up! My co-workers and friends keep asking me "what are you doing girl? where is this glow coming from?" I just tell them.. Sincere and the Fit Camp!"
-Bernadette Brown - CNN News/Former Planning Editor for Fox 26 – Houston

What The Experts Are Saying About Chris
There are some qualities I look for when recommending a strength & conditioning and fitness coach. The no-brainer attributes are things like experience, strength, and good communication skills. Many trainers have these attributes because a majority of them have some background in sports and physical training. So that is a starting point, but in order to get my personal testimonial, these qualities alone are not enough! I look for other, more subtle and in my opinion important things. What I really appreciate about Christopher is his consistency of temperament. He is calm, cool and collected, always very fast to lend a helping hand, always taking a keen interest in the well-being of those he interacts with. |
Like a good doctor, to me a good trainer has a genuine interest in the people he serves. I don’t want some tough guy muscle head that can pump me up but could care less about my progress or personal journey. I want a person like Christopher who can get me in top shape, but also is interested in my health and success. A real strong man, in body, mind and spirit! Train with Christopher, you are in good hands!
- Steve Cotter, Director of International Kettlebell & Fitness
I have known Chris Reed for some time now. We met on a few occasions through fitness seminars. I know all too well of his passion for training athletes to get more athletic, training adults for fitness and health, and the general positive state of well being that he pursues on a daily basis in his own life. He is one of the few great trainers out there who has done the legwork, invested the time and energy to learn from the best, and applies all of his teachings to his own personal life.
He walks the talk. In just a short conversation over breakfast one morning in Jersey, I realized his passion and knowledge for strength and fitness that is rare to come by in today’s industry. There are many keyboard bound fitness trainers out there who know good sales copy and make money as a “top trainer” because they know the right key words to get people to buy the next fad product.
Chris is not one of these guys. He knows functional fitness and strength, and more importantly, how it applies to “real” people. He knows how to cater to the individual who needs the help, not just record video of a stud 19 year old natural athlete who stepped into his facility for the first time and claim how great he is for training this young athlete. Anybody can look like a great trainer if you have a superman client.
Truly great trainers take ordinary people to extraordinary levels of achievement. This is what most amazes me about Chris; he does this over and over again. If you want to see real results, I could not recommend Chris Reed and his training philosophy enough. Have fun and soak it in.

Since starting here at Empire, I can say have done the warm-up many times and that it is essential to anything and everything you do. Even if you do not train or participate in physical activities with the warm-up alone I have noticed many improvements physically and mentally - I have become stronger, flexible and more in tune with my body.
Being an athlete, a football player more specifically, the warm up has a given me a great one-up on teammates and opponents simply because people often overlook or neglect altogether improving their flexibility and the healing of their bodies. It becomes very visible to me on the football field when I see all these players having to stop in the middle of practice for little annoyances and pains, that could of been prevented by doing a proper warm-up.
I can honestly say I have never seen and been through a more thorough and well-put-together warm-up. Doing the warm-up and feeling the benefits speaks for itself.

I first came to know of Chris through a mutual client about 2 years ago. During this time I came to understand Chris’ philosophies and methodologies around training, rest, recovery and his implementation of preventative measures such as his usage of a thorough warm-up and his incorporation of post workout soft tissue work including self-myofascial release techniques and joint mobility exercises. This difference in attention to measures outside of conventional training modalities immediately set Christopher apart from the rest of his peers.
On a consistent basis I have come to witness the remarkable and expedient recovery of all of Christopher’s clients. Normal pathology would see me treat any given individual several times, this is of course predicated on the severity of the trauma, but Christopher’s clients are all able to bounce back within 2-3 treatments. This to me is a testament to Christopher’s consistent diligence in rehabilitative methods and constant update of his knowledge, what I consider to be hallmarks of a true professional.
Recently, I have had the occasion to speak with Christopher and I have come to know of his passion for what he does but also for those whom he serves. It is for these very reasons, both his professionalism and genuine character, that I have no reservation in giving Christopher my full endorsement. If you have the opportunity to learn theoretical, technical or practical knowledge from Christopher be it biomechanics, joint mobility, recovery, stretching or better warm-up routines take advantage of the opportunity – you will not be disappointed but more over you and your clients will benefit from this knowledge.
Sincerely,
Dr. Carmen Stillo DC, BSc. (Hons.)
