Yes you read that right after talking to one of my online clients this morning I have decided to start offering some private lessons in the Las Vegas area for a limited time only. Why? While my workshops are very beneficial and enough for many trainees to get going, there are some things that are far too technical to teach to large groups. However, these super effective technique tips are ideal for the private training arena
My own training this year has been off the hook (if you have seen my DVD you know what I mean) and I want to share the new tips with ten serious Las Vegas kettlebell trainees. Once I have ten people, I will no longer take on any new clients. All of the sessions will be based in my private home gym in the green valley area. Here is what we are going to work on:
- Ready to double military presses with 88lb kettlebells and beyond? Learn why too much tension is not the way to go and why you must relax wherever possible when pressing. Too much tension does not make you stronger and only makes you dizzy after a hard set. Just the right amount will allow you to handle heavier bells.
- Want to learn how to snatch a 105lb 17 times with each arm? Learn when to generate the most power and how to go with the momentum you have created instead of fighting it.
- Why full body workouts are the way to go for the best anabolic hormone response and how to structure workouts. Once you have gone through a few of these you will be a believer and can apply what you have learned to your own workouts.
- We will work on your training goals at each session. After a few sessions (at least five) you will be far more confident and will no longer need the service.
- Why restoration is absolutely critical to training progress. Many athletes are great at working on all cylinders but completely miss the boat with recovery. Each session will end with joint mobility work that I learned from top strength Steve Maxwell. This will begin the recovery process.
- To make this offer even better you will get a FREE one hour Sports Massage from my wife Carol after each training session. Carol is super busy and only works with female clients. However, I convinced her to team up with me on this as I know that it is a critical part of training progress. Bulgarian weightlifters train up to five times per day and get a sports massage after every session. The faster you get a massage after a workout the faster you will recover and the stronger you will get. It is a no-brainer. At this point I could go on and one with testimonials and why you should work with me. However, I believe in positioning not prospecting. At the risk of sounding like an ego maniac, my business is already well established and I do not need your business.
