In 2001 kettlebells revolutionized the fitness industry by providing a versatile, effective, and challenging training method for athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike. "I recently purchased two Ultimate Sandbags for our high school football team's off-season training. The players are use to using free weights and a few specialty machines, a power runner and a power thruster. When I first introduced the sandbags to supplement the work they were accustom to doing with free weights, they thought it was going to be a piece of cake. Mike's clear instructions and breaking each exercise into steps blocks was a very effective. The 52# bell has been my stopping point for a long time; I have only been able to poor cleans, press one a couple times (on a good day) and do snatches and swings with it. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I just started training with kettlebells a month ago, can I come?

A: Unless you are the fastest learner around, no. I will not cover the basics at the workshop. If you cannot keep up, you will be politely asked to leave. I only want advanced KB lifters at this workshop. I have too much to teach and do not have time for anyone that will hold up the class. I only have space for ten people so do not take a spot that would be better for someone else, unless you are sure you can handle the course.

If you cannot do the following exercises with good form, DO NOT register for the course:

Q: Do I need to bring kettlebells?

A: No I will have plenty on site and will of course have sandbags on site as well 

Q: I have never used Sandbags before, is this course a fit for me?

A: Yes and Josh is the master at teaching sandbag drills effectively. You will pick up a great deal from him. No experience with sandbag training is necessary. 

Q: I am a certified kettlebell instructor, will I pick up anything new at your course?

A: Without question Yes!  You will have a whole new tool set to teach your students and increase your value in the marketplace. I have been teaching kettlebell training for over 8 years and was the first one to show that you can build a great income with a kettlebell focused fitness business. There is plenty for you to learn from me. Be open minded and get to the course. 

Q: I have some shoulder injuries and have trouble with some of the basics. Can I attend?

A: No, you need healthy shoulders and rotator cuffs to take this course.

Q: Is this going to be a boot camp style course or will it be instruction focused?

A: Both which is why you need to be prepared for the course. Get ready to work hard 

Q: I have high blood pressure, will I be okay?

A: Maybe, but I am not going to take any chances. You are not ready so please do not register. Go to my beginner course instead.

Q: I am not sure if I should sign up. Can you convince me?

A: No, if you are not sure, do not bother signing up as you are not ready mentally and probably nor ready physically.

While we would love to have 50 people attend this workshop, we are only taking 20 serious  students that want to take their kettlebell training and health to the next level! The course will be from 10am to 6pm on Saturday October 16, 2010

Cancellation Policy:

If you provide notice that you will not be able to attend the workshop at least 30 days in advance of the workshop you will have the option of a full refund or a transfer to a same value workshop of your choice. If after 30 days, the full refund option will be void. However you will still get the transfer option as long as you provide notice at least two days before the workshop.
