People come up with great ideas and goals all of the time. However, most people fail to achieve their goals or execute their ideas due to taking too long to take action. There is a window of opportunity with every idea and goal and if you take too long to follow-up with action, you will miss the opportunity. This is why procrastinators are never successful. They put off till tomorrow what absolutely needs to be done today. Procrastination applied over the course of many years equals disaster. Getting started on a goal or an idea is only half the battle. I guarantee you that your desire will be tested many times before you achieve the goal. Many people quit right before they were about to achieve the goal. Perseverance is critical. If you do not have it then the goal does not mean enough to you and it is highly unlikely that you will not succeed. Forget about waiting till New Years Day to make resolutions and goals. You should be do doing that all of the time. Every day is a chance to change things for the better.

2. AGGRESSIVE STRENGTH TRAINING ARTICLE

The "Act As If" Principle: Feeling uninspired? Try just going through the motions. Get your gym clothes on. Get in the car. Drive to the gym. Just show up. Chances are very good that once you show up, you'll end up having a great workout. Productive workouts aren't dependant upon feeling motivated, inspired, or even "good." They ARE dependant on showing up!
Bonus Tip: Do the Double Kettlebell Military Press Like A Barbell Press
Recently, I reached a new PR on the Double Kettlebell Military Press by applying the following technique. Clean two kettlebells and hold them right under your chin, as you press them up, keep the bells as close to you as possible and turn the handles so that it feels like you are pressing a barbell. As the bells pass your head, lean into the bells so that they are racked behind your head. The further the bells get away from you the weaker you will feel. The closer that you can keep them to your body, the lighter they will feel and the more control you will have.
