Q: How Long Is The DVD?

Q: Most of the drills on this DVD are double kettlebell drills so you really want to have more than one kettlebell.You can do the stacked kettlebell exercises with different size bells but will need two same size bells for the double KB work.

Q: I love double KB training, are there any double drills on this DVD?

A: You betcha! I love Double KB training as well and this DVD is loaded with double KB drills. You will not be disappointed.

Q: I noticed there are a lot of stacked kettlebell drills on this DVD. What is the point of doing exercises with two kettlebells in one hand?

Stacked kettlebell drills are great for increasing grip strength when used for lower body pulling exercises and swings. I like stacked KB drills for pressing as well as the bells are forced to sit lower in the hand which places pressure on the palms which fire up the CNS for stronger pressing. Lots of stabilization work as well and you are forced to use the proper groove to maximize control. As a result it carries over very well to improving one bell per hand training.
